This research comes within the framework of extracting the great meanings that the great Qur'an contained, I have dealt with the models I chose from the Surat Al-Ahzab, with a range of interests and the payment of the sins that were mentioned in the Surah, and has paved the way for this definition of Maqassid legitimacy and what came from the scholars, The research was divided into two sections, as follows: The first topic was: The definition of the legitimate purposes of language and terminology, while the second section contains the payment of the evils and interests contained in the surah.
