Abstract EN

The following research deals with two topics that are discussed in two sections.

While section one deals with the difference between Imam Malik and Imam Shafi' concerning the definition of the book of the mother, section two deals with the difference between the two concerning the question of wiping over the socks for the traveler and resident in addition to the question of accessing the dog.

The study followes the analytical comparative approach in handling its subject matter, it significantly presents the views of Imam Malik and Imam Shafi' and chooses the most persuasive opinion depending upon the scientific strength of evidences.
