The research consisted of four chapters, as the first chapter contained the introduction and importance of the research, where the researcher touched on the fact that the sports side has risen to a high level of progress, and we see this evident through the results, achievements and numbers that have been recorded by athletes and this is evident in differential games, especially The football game in which the collective potential is evident in terms of skill and achievement, and here the problem arises in selecting players who do not hope for a good future, which leads to a waste of effort, time and money, and in return we will lose promising energies and talents in which we contemplate a prosperous future.

Therefore, the researcher decided to get into this problem and work on building a set of kinetic tests for the purpose of using them as a basis for selecting deaf and dumb football players for halls of the Southern Region forums.

As for the objectives of the research, they are to design kinetic tests for deaf and mute football players for halls of clubs in the southern provinces.

As for the third chapter, the researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method for its suitability to the nature and problem of the research.

The research community was deliberately chosen from deaf and dumb football players to halls in the southern region, as the total research community reached (54) players for the sports season (2017-2018).

With regard to the research sample that was deliberately selected from the research community, the researcher carried out field research procedures and the researcher used some statistical means.

The fourth chapter included presenting and analyzing the results and extracting the standard levels.

The most important conclusions were to arrive at the design of tests (movement - skill) for deaf and dumb football players for halls in the southern region.

The most important recommendations are to pay attention to the regulated motor and skill tests and to benefit from them in knowing the level of deaf and dumb players in football for halls in the southern region, as it is one of the means of objective evaluation.
