This research aims at studying the sources of the light and its types such as infrared, Uv as well as visible light and X-ray and the impact of each of the mentioned radiation on the organic archaeology such as leathers, textiles, papers, bones, ivory and oil paintings and what they contain: pigment colors.

These materials are characterized by being flammable, light sensitive and affected by living things, as the damage is prepotional inversely to the light of the optical wave; the shorter the wave lenghth is, the greater the damagye is likely to cause more damage, because it contains high energy which is capable of cracking the molecules of some pigments, colors cellu and protein.
