Abstract EN

The study of the relations between the Timorese and the world comes within the framework of historical grants, which were characterized by the policy of expansionist conquests characterized by successive periods of successive states and empires.

These politicians did not emerge from what the rulers set themselves to achieve their economic goals and gain spoils at the expense of crushing the peoples in successive wars.

His secrecy when dealing with the military juggernaut is mutual features and forms of cultural and commercial interaction between the Timorese and the world at the time.

The political messages and the exchange of religious and commercial delegations were a form of preliminary dialogue that colored the nature of these relations, and we note here that the contents of the tone of the messages of the Sultans of the Timorese to their counterparts in the neighborhood were overshadowed by the colors of Altalaiip and the threat of collision and fighting.

On the other hand, the appetite of the Timorese rulers to lead the Islamic world was also evident in the issue of covering the Kaaba and the care of the two holy mosques.

However, the expansionary acts of Timor and the massacres committed against the peoples deprived him of this religious right.

In the nature of the relations, it is also necessary to stop and highlight the role of the petty little states between the Timorese in Iran and Afghanistan and the world.

We mention of these states: the State of the Glaciers in Iraq, the Quraqoyunlu State in the Lake Wan region, Al Qaraman, Ramadan, and Al-Qadir in Asia Minor, and these states have a negative impact on the side and a positive impact on the other hand, both in fueling the conflict between the two parties in alliance with this party or that, or in bridging the relationship between the two sides The study of the relations between the Timorese and the world comes within the framework of historical grants, which were characterized by the policy of expansionist conquests characterized by successive periods of successive states and empires.
