Rather, most of the chapters of jurisprudence deal with the term dhimma, so it is considered one of the terms on which jurists and scholars and students stand in during their jurisprudence study, which makes it a term that needs to clarify its meaning, explain its conditions, and what It is related to the rulings and controls of the jurists, which is what he invited us to stand on in our research, in addition to that what has been written about it is almost simple in relation to its importance and its relationship with most of the chapters of Islamic jurisprudence.
