And yet: the importance of studying jurisprudential rules is not hidden, especially the five major rules (), as each one of them is included in most of the jurisprudential chapters, and what confirms its importance is that it is a clear evidence for jurisprudential issues, if it is studied and applied to a book and the student is trained to use it when speaking On the issues, they are present with him an axiom that does not remain in his mind, and he continues to use it in inference until he acquires the jurisprudential queen, and the jurisprudential rules become more important if they need them to know the provisions of contemporary issues for which there is no legal text specific to them, and since this topic is relevant It is of great importance and enormous benefit.

I chose the topic of the research to be one of these major jurisprudential rules, which is a rule: matters with their intentions, and I chose examples for their jurisprudential applications in the chapter on acts of worship from the book of al-Mughni by Imam Ibn Qudamah al-Maqdisi, may God have mercy on him, and I followed in writing the research the methodology Next: I documented the rule from the books adopted in the rules of jurisprudence, and I took care in the branches of jurisprudence that I extracted as applications to the jurisprudential rule, to be in the text of the words of Imam Ibn Qudamah Al-Maqdisi in his book Al-Mughni, except that in some of them I have C to some refinement and revision, by deleting some of the words that have no relation to the rule, so I made the place of the deleted points indicating the deletion thus
