), and he could go forward in it, till it got settled in terms of form, methods and content.

The character of Abu Al- Hassan is one of the prominent figure in the history of Granada, he has a strong personality having poetic, administrative and political skills, and he was represented to some extent as one of the figures of the Diwani writing in the era of Bani Al- Ahmar, he has moved a little from the influence of the writing of the Al-Mohadeen, and perhaps the beginning of artistic creativity in Andalusian literature in the era of Bani Nasr, and the era of political stability of their state.

He was one of the most distinguished writers who gave the Andalusian literature a great magnificence, he was participating in the literature debates made by writing divan, and he was showing his promptitude, and he was joking with writers.

He was praised by poets and writers, one of them his follower Ibn Al-Khateeb who said about him: “ I was disciplined by Sheikh, the boss, owner of the higher pen, Abi Al-Hassan bin Al-Jiyab”, and he established many books in different fields.

He grew up Bani Nasr (Bani Al-Ahmar) since he was a young man, he wrote about their sultans “fifteen years or more”, and he served six of them, he wrote poetry about them, like describing palaces and factories and what is written on graves, till he became the head of writing and then he ran writing and ministry, and he was titled with the owner of two ministries till he died.
