Beside that step Al- Numairy followed another Policy in September, 1983, through declaring what So Called the Islamic Code, which demanded from that being a frontage to his bad Policy as they were divine rules Can´t be rejected, but the fact proves that step Came for the Sake to laying a sort to legitimacy on the authority Because to that the Continuous administrations, led finally to put an end to the era to Al-Numairy rule which Continued through 16 years, in April, 1985.
