This study contains the most important issues in Iraq duing this period, the Kurdish issue, which was preoccupied by the emergence of it scase a gain in Iraqi politics and the united states of America to exploit this issue by not giving a clear solution to the Kurdish issue in Iraq, especially that the Kurdish issue is no longer an internal issue, complicated international issue after governments failed to find a solution, the united states of America turned the case into a project in the Arab region.
