The research reached to a number of results, The most important: The custodian embarked for the benefit of the wife authenticity, It is not a restriction on their freedom - as they say - but goodness and blessing to them, and their offspring, and that the cancellation deprives women of many privileges, And it causes imbalance in the family and society.
