The reasons for choosing the topic: There are many reasons that led me to choose the topic of companies and their provisions in Islamic jurisprudence, the most important of which is.1.

The companies participate in financial, commercial, industrial and economic activities in general.2.

The emergence of companies and electronic sites that many people share in their different religions and countries.3.

What companies gain in terms of great importance and great impact in the field of money and work, and the increase in demand and desire for them on the part of individuals, groups and countries because of the lack of huge and rapid profits.4.

Companies impose their control over the markets, their will over individuals, and control over public and private facilities.5.

The domination of foreign jurisprudence or positional jurisprudence and olute sovereignty over corporate laws and the marginalization of Islamic jurisprudence.

Through Islamic jurisprudence, we get acquainted with the theories, opinions and positives in it, and collect all that is useful in order to reach knowledge of the position of Islamic jurisprudence from various companies.
