The constitution that the Apostle R wrote upon his coming to Medina is prepared to regulate the affairs and conditions of her people from Muslims and others, and it is the first political document in Islam written by the Messenger, r, to regulate life between the parties that lived in the city, and that represents the covenant that the people of Medina coexisted as they were satisfied with all of them.

The Messenger has organized relations between the residents of the city upon his arrival to it, and this constitution which aims to clarify the obligations of all the parties in it, the rights that they have in addition to the duties that they have, and the goal of the Messenger was  to achieve justice among all, as we find that the Holy Quran mentioned the word justice and justice in More than (28) locations ().
