Therefore I preferred to choose the research on the jurisprudential curriculum of the Companions , because it is the approach that no one disagrees with as the most appropriate approach, and which no one can pass from all the Islamic schools of jurisprudence, and taking into account that approach narrows the circle of disagreement between the jurisprudential schools of thought.

I suffered from a lack of sources on this topic, and I did not find a book specialized in this topic, except that I found someone who spoke about it in the folds of a book or during a conversation about jurisprudence in the age of formation, unlike research on other jurisprudential approaches, there are many sources that talk about Those curricula.

The research included three sections, the first topic: it was divided into two demands: The first one mentioned some of what needs to be defined (the approach, the jurisprudence, the companion).
