The Great Qur'an, in addition to being a book that enlightens the way to the happiness of the Hereafter and winning the bliss of Heaven A statement of all the rights that a person needs, and in all areas.

To know general rights, such as religious, economic, political, and freedom of opinion, a person finds his error in the Qur'an, as well as private rights such as the right to life, housing, food, clothing, nutrition, and treatment.

And what life does not go without it, so that some scholars call these rights necessities, because without them people are suffering and perishing, and the Qur'an guarantees erasing misery and destruction from man and bringing happiness to him, if he applies his provisions, the Qur'an is a guarantor of these rights.

The research includes three topics that include the first Including: definition of rights and their sources, and it includes two requirements, the first requirement: the definition of rights in language: the second requirement: definition of rights idiom and the second topic: the foundations of human rights in the Qur'an and the third topic: types of rights in the Qur'an, and Two requirements include the first requirement: public rights and the second requirement: personal rights and a conclusion and the most important results.
