by Sheikh (Aalem Mohammed bin Hamza Alaaydeny) whom died after the year 1121 AH, He was one of the Ottoman scholars, and lived in centuries atheist and twelfth centuries AH, He have spoken in this letter about the (Al-Waqf Message In), and the is a sale an item with a price in future, then purchased in cash less priceless, and this sale is forbiden by Hanbali, Maliki, and hated by Hanafi, Shafi'i, and permissible by Abu Yusuf.
(Aalem Muhammad) decided that this sale is hated forbidden.
We have adopted to achieve this letter written on three copies, and we've interviewed copies and prove the differences between them to increase or decrease, then the graduation of the verses and the chatter of its habitat and document texts from their sources
