Abstract EN

There is a quasi-Consensus that the scientists and researchers in the field of human science and behaviour considers achildren's violence phenomenon as universal problem and does not related nation than the others.

It is grow up into specific social and phycological circumstances preparing of aggresion .

The informations that have been taken from researches indicating that children might commit dangerous crimes in parallel with what adults did who have characteristics that harmonized with what physical and social specification.

There are multi factors have led to grow up that phenomenon and distributing amongst the Iraqi community such as social, economic and political factors.At the beganing of these factors the economic saction and the occupation of Iraq in 2003 and what dialyzed three wars.

Children's violence became phenomenon worrying the whole communities.

Particularly, our community that's never got stability since four decades and the government polices' mistake such as martializing society.

Child grow up upon specific culture which is difficult to change its culture in short period without any impacting that making changing easy in which is not happened yet This current studies aimed to diagnose the social factor that is being behind violence means detected the amounts of violence crimes and the manner of studying community.

This study will put couples of concluding:- 1- The result of occupation of Iraq has led to destroy every thing particurly, the government and security institution in which is allowed to all armed groups to dominate the Iraq street and threfeen the citizen security rather making the killing scene in front of children eyes is normal 1.

2-The wrong educational sociality considers as main input which is leading diverting children.

3-Children have got specific carrier formulate danger education indicating to diverting manner and commit crime leading to expecting thing such as buying cigrates, foods, oil, gas, working in restaurants and maintaining cars.

4- The x-regiem has a great influence to stable the violence and killing education amongst the Iraqi people in general that is represented to involve the children in training camps during the summer holiday .

According to these results, the researcher produced a group of recommendations to the relevant devices that are interesting in children educated as following: 1.

Apply a strategy and national plan handles children's violence which has aimed to take part all official and non-official institution and civil society organization and so reinforcing all sides with human resources in order to be capable to right work.
