The research revolves around the legal language and its requirements to control the legislative texts and make it a practical tool that performs the function of disclosing and clarifying the intentions of the legislator by using the necessary technical drafting tools.

The research، on the other hand، triumphs over the view that the legislator's language، as well as the language of the legal researcher، should be made easy to understand and comprehensive.

It does not entail the difficulty of reaching the originator's Intention for the majority of the recipients.

It also shows the discussion of examples of significance and structural errors that may effect some legal texts with in the frame of published legal articles and the details of them، as well as alerting to some written errors that may find a course in some styles of writers who are involved in the authoring of legal researches as a result of the low linguistic level of a group of those researchers In addition to the ence of precise linguistic control over publications، especially methodology، these publications، which by their nature represent educational books and their authors are supposed to avoid، of course، the pitfalls of drafting errors، especially if the error mentioned here or there، which makes it easier to remedy a little recall and attention; More generally، it does not come out of the circle of simple expressions of errors، a problem that should be accompanied by a pre-university degree، and it is not appropriate at all to infiltrate the systematic authorship space.
