English Abstract

The current research aims to find out the role of the sayings of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) in fact tuff in the development of Islamic educational values among university students.

Society has included research on all the students of the Faculty of Education Sciences at the University of Pure Dhi Qar for the academic year 2014-2015, and the number (249) students, and the sample consisted of 80 male and female students .

The researchers used the descriptive approach, as was the use of a questionnaire was developed after the confirmation of the validity and reliability, which amounted to (0.82) by re-application, and the researchers used the averages, ratios and tests (T.Test) the suitability of the objectives of the research, has distributed the questionnaire to the research sample, and after application tool .

They found the most important conclusions: that the words of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) in fact the child's role in the development of Islamic educational values among university students .

The researchers recommended a number of institutions need to do their duty in the face of foreign cultural invasion and to return cultural heritage derived from the Koran and the sayings of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), including its content of authentic Islamic values and traditions fit, and educational realities .

The researchers also suggested: conducting a similar study of the current study to determine the direction and motivation toward the sayings and sermons and the rule of imams (peace be upon them) for containing the educational and religious values.
