أستهدف البحث الحالي تعرف الضبط الاجتماعي لدى طالبات قسم رياض الاطفال و تعرف راس المال النفسي لدى طالبات قسم رياض الاطفالوتعرف العلاقة الارتباطية بين الضبط الاجتماعي وراس المال النفسي لدى طالبات قسم رياض الاطفال.

وقد تكونت عينة البحث من ( 100 ) طالبة من طالبات قسم رياض الاطفال للعام الدراسي 2018-2019 وقد قامت الباحثة تبني مقياس الضبط الاجتماعي و بناء مقياس راس المال النفسي و طبقت المقياسين على طالبات قسم رياض الاطفالثم عالجت البيانات بأستخدام معامل ارتباط بيرسون لأيجاد معامل الثبات و العلاقة الارتباطية بين الضبط الاجتماعي وراس المال النفسي كما استعملت الباحثة الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة لايجاد دلالة الفرق بين المتوسط الحسابي و متوسط العينة للمتغيرين وقد توصلت نتائج البحث الى مايأتي: 1- أن طالبات رياض الاطفال لديهن ضبط اجتماعي.2- أن طالبات رياض الاطفال لديهن راس مال نفسي.3- توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الضبط الاجتماعي وراس المال النفسي.

English Abstract

Targeting current search know exactly the kindergarten Department students social and psychological capital known students kindergarten Department, know the exact relationship between the social and relational capital among students kindergarten Department.

Search sample consisted of (100) freshman of the kindergarten Department students for the academic year 2018-2019, the researcher has build exact scale scale building social capital and applied the scales on students kindergarten Department, then handled data using the Pearson correlation coefficient to find plants The relationship between reliability and link social control and psychological capital, as one researcher sample t-test is used to find the significance of the difference between the arithmetic mean and the sample mean of two variables, the search results have come to: kindergarten students with social settings.
