The issue of solving this problem requires a strong and positive will characterized by rational intellectual maturity, and believes in social interaction to advance the integration process, and in a manner that guarantees the rights, freedoms and interests of everyone fairly and dealing with them on the basis of the principle of citizenship, which entrenches the culture of dialogue, tolerance and peaceful coexistence, and in turn promotes the bonds of societal homogeneity and its culture Conscious and independent political, to weaken the power of belonging and sub-loyalty in favor of the unified national identity, and supports the process of political stability in all its dimensions.
