Abstract EN

The study aims at identifying the role of school administration in spreading the culture of total quality and applying it from the point of view of the teachers.

In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researchers used the analytical descriptive method.

The study was conducted on the community of secondary school principals in Qadisiya governorate (288) The questionnaire was composed of (70) paragraphs, divided into eight fields.

The validity and stability of the tool was verified.

The coefficient of stability was 82%, and it was applied.

On the study sample, the results showed that: •There is no role for school management in spreading the culture of total quality.

•The reality of the implementation of the quality of education by the principals and principals of secondary schools in the province of Diwaniyah was weak at (2.36.) Recommendations: The most important recommendations of the study 1- The need to spread the culture of quality and the culture of selfevaluation and to insure all employees in educational institutions in the management of total quality, especially supervisors and principals.

2- Give more administrative and educational autonomy to the school and make them responsible for the level of performance through the development of national performance standards that must be achieved by schools, with the development of school management and care for the selection of managers.

3.Building strategic partnerships with organizations with experience in the field of quality for the purpose of training.

4- The researchers also propose a similar study to know the reality of its application according to variables such as sex and academic achievement.
