The Quranic discourse is a divine speech which came to have modern and uarious meaning Sach meening are renwed in terms of place and time.

The semantics, analytis approoeh, and rhetorical images are head and shoulders in the Quranic miracle because the secret lies in its language.

Semantice has a major part of the Quranic miracle, therefore, we have chosen Al Baqara Chapter to be erpresantative in this paper.

This chapter combines the rhetorical and semantic impact as they have close meanings liking them together.

Accordingly, this paper has been divided into two sections: first sementic issues and rhetorical impact, and second rhetorical issues and semantic impact.

The link between them is the meaning which has certain impacts revealed in this paper in terms of the rhetorical and semantic relation.
