The current research aims to find out critical and creative thinking skills of constitutional law professors at the first stage and its relationship to the acquisition of their students, and to achieve the two targets of the research and its hypotheses, the researcher followed the descriptive approach as a method to study and followed the appropriate procedures, the research community consist of : 1 - constitutional law professors who teache first stage students at the Faculty of Law - University of Mustansiriya for the session 2015-2016 .
2- The first stage students who study the constitutional law at the Faculty of Law.
As for its sample, it amounted to 15 professors through stratified random method, who are teaching constitutional law at the first stage.
The search results showed the following: the sample of the professors have a level of critical thinking skills, as well as the results showed that the number of professors who have these skills are very few compared to the total number, that is to say the creative thinking skills are not available.
