The research aims to identify the (effectiveness of the existing training program on creative teaching skills for teachers of mathematics in the sense of numerical their students skills) adopted the design of the pretest posttest equal groups as the sample search (32) teachers for mathematics to fifth grade primary and their pupils in schools First Instance of the Directorate of Education Baghdad's Karkh third academic year (20152016) and a choice of indiscriminate been identified (16) teachers for each group was chosen as one division per teacher, rewarded the two sets of search some variables, have been building the training program and hired when some creative teaching skills, and was carried out through training sessions, which amounted to (16) hearing will be held on Sunday, 09.06.2015 also prepared a search tool of testing the sense of numerical skills for students that have been verified sincerity and persistence, and resulted in the results for large training program in the sense of numerical students skills effectively, and in the light of the results recommend worthwhile to train mathematics teachers and for all stages of programs concerned with creative and stimulating aspects.
