المسؤولية الاجتماعية و البيئية للمؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة ودورها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة عرفت مفهوما حديثا فكما أن لها دور مهم في نجاح المؤسسات و تحقق رفاهية لأفراد المجتمع بإمكانها إضافة قيمة اقتصادية جديدة.
عرفت العلاقة بين البيئة و التنمية الاقتصادية تطورا بارزا حيث تغيرت نظرة وجود تعارض بينهما خاصة من قبل دول العالم الثالث التي كانت تركز كل العناية و الاهتمام لدفع عجلة التطور الاقتصادي على حساب المحافظة على البيئة لتتبنى سياسة واضحة بتحفيز و دعم المؤسسات التي تولي أهمية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية و بخاصة المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة
Abstract EN
The social responsibility and environmental of small and medium enterprises and it's role in achieving sustainable development on the grounds that a modern concept and has become an important criterion for the success of enterprises it also achieves the level of weal being for the best society as it can add new economic value.
The relationship between environment and economic development has known a prominent development, where his vision changed a conflict between them, Especially by the third world countries that were focusing all attention on advancing economic growth, at the expense of preserving the environment, to adopt a clear policy by motivating and supporting institutions that pay attention to social responsibility especially small and medium enterprises.

La responsabilité sociale et environnementale des petites et moyennes entreprises et leur rôle dans la réalisation du développement durable ont connu un concept moderne, tout comme il a un rôle important dans le succès des entreprises et il assure le bien-être des membres de la société qui peuvent ajouter une nouvelle valeur économique.
La relation entre l'environnement et le développement économique a connu un développement remarquable, car la vision d'un conflit entre eux a changé, en particulier par les pays de tiers monde qui concentraient toute leur attention pour pousser la roue du développement économique au détriment de la prévention de l'environnement, pour adopter une politique claire en stimulant et en soutenant les institutions qui attachent de l' importance à la responsabilité sociale, surtout les petites et moyennes entreprises.
