قسنطينة الكبرى هي مجموعة متجانسة تمثل منطقة نفوذ إقليمي، و حتى وطني، و الذي يمكن أن يكون بمثابة محفز للتنمية الإقليمية لقسنطينة في السنوات القادمة، و ذلك من خلال الزراعة الشبه حضرية المتعددة الوظائف.
رغم حيازتها لثروات عدة، تتألف أساسا من أراض ذات إمكانات زراعية عالية، واجهت هذه المساحات الشبه حضرية تعميرا فوضويا لعدةعقود.
اليوم، يتعين على الزراعة للانفتاح على آفاق أخرى لأنها بعيدا عن مهمتها الأساسية، تمنح عدة فوائد للمجتمع : حيث أنها تساهم في زيادة جاذبية المحيط و المناظر الطبيعية التي تعكس صورة هذه المدينة، تسيير الموارد الطبيعية و حمايتها، فضلا عن تحديد شكل المناظر الطبيعية الريفية
Abstract EN
The Grand Constantine is a coherent ensemble that represents a regional or even national area of influence that can be a trigger for the territorial development of Constantine in the coming years, through multifunctional periurban agriculture.
Possessing wealth to be exploited consisting mainly of land with high agricultural potential, these periurban areas have faced for several decades an anarchic urbanization.
Today, agriculture must open up to other horizons because, beyond its primary vocation, it provides benefits to society: it contributes to the attractiveness of territories and landscapes that reflect the image of the city, the management and protection of natural resources, just as it shapes rural landscapes.

Le Grand Constantine est un ensemble cohérent qui représente une aire d'influence régionale, voire nationale, qui peut être un élément déclencheur du développement territorial de Constantine dans les années à venir, et ce par le biais d'une agriculture périurbaine multifonctionnelle.
Possédant des richesses à exploiter constituées essentiellement de terrains à fort potentiel agricole, ces espaces périurbains ont fait face durant plusieurs décennies à une urbanisation anarchique.
Aujourd'hui, l'agriculture doit s'ouvrir sur d'autres horizons car au-delà de sa vocation première, elle procure des bénéfices à la société: elle contribue à l'attractivité des territoires et des paysages qui reflètent l'image de cette ville, à la gestion et à la protection des ressources naturelles, tout comme elle façonne les paysages ruraux.
