تأتي أهمية مقاربة موضوع الإصلاح الاجتماعي و التنمية الاقتصادية كونه يشكل من جهة أولى حاجة و مطلبا داخليا من شأن القيام به تحسين الأوضاع الداخلية للدولة المغربية و من تم توطيد الاستقرار السياسي و الأمن الاجتماعي و مطلبا خارجيا دوليا إذ يشكل تحصينا للدولة من أي تآمر خارجي.
إن الإشكالية الكبرى التي تواجه النسق السياسي المغربي تكمن في أنه لم يدرك حتى الآن أهمية الإصلاح و خيار التنمية الشاملة على كل الأصعدة باعتباره الطريقة المثلى و الأكثر عقلانية لتجاوز أزماته البنيوية.
فالأمر يتطلب بلورة مشروع إصلاحي سليم و عقلاني لتجاوز أزماته يعيد للمشروعية السياسية مصداقيتها و يضمن للدولة استمراريتها من خلال تجديد موارد و أنساق شرعيته.
Abstract EN
The importance of social reform and economic development is a crucial demand to improve the internal conditions of the Moroccan state.
On the one hand, it would ensure political stability and social security.
On the other hand, it would push away any external influence.
The major problem facing the Moroccan political theme today, is its incapacity to realize, until now, the importance of a reform and the option of comprehensive development at all levels as the ideal and rational to override the structural woes.
It requires a crystal and rational reform project to overcome these crises.
this will give again credibility to political legitimacy and it will ensure continuity of the state affairs, through replenishment and legitimacy.
