Since its independance, Morocco has adopted a difficult electoral system, in which a political partage has to gain power alone and then be forced to form a governmental of coalition, this complicated reality served the royal system and give it a central popular position as the only real factor of political stability.

Despite political and constitutional reforms adopted by moroccan system after arab spring, Moroccan electoral field still suffers from the absence of efficiencity in bringing a political scope independent from the king authority, in addition the weakness of people representatives in facing royal authority ; a matter that renders election process irrelevant.

However, elections process plays a role of legitimacy- providing within the system, and forming a mass-mobilization framwork in the system along with support to government projects.
