Commercial and economic projects are the mainstay of modern economic life in all countries.

These projects may go through their lives in some cases of stumbling and financial difficulties, especially with the expansion of trade and the large economic and financial crises that threaten the economies of all countries of the world, Therefore, many laws have adopted the system of rescue from bankruptcy as the only recourse to keep these projects and keep them in a state of prosperity, and thus save them from the difficulties experienced by them, by identifying the reasons for the failure of these projects and signs and try to find a remedy for that stumbling by taking a group of Technical and legal measures and means commensurate with the seriousness of the difficulties and difficulties faced by those projects.

Concerns about the problems and difficulties faced by traders and businesses and the pursuit of appropriate solutions that support trust in dealing are among the main objectives that rescue laws seek to achieve, especially as these transactions are based on considerations of speed and credit enhancement.

In order to do so, these laws have created various means to rescue troubled projects from bankruptcy.

These means aim at preventing bankruptcy by means of prior supervision and an investigation of the situation of default in order to deal with them and put an end to them before reaching bankruptcy.

The task of these means is to protect and rescue merchants and projects from bankruptcy, as well as to protect creditors and reconcile conflicting interests, as well as to take into account the requirements of protecting the national economy.
