Abstract EN

The purpose of the research is to identify the role of the family in providing the requirements of cultural security among the university youth.

The researcher used the analytical descriptive method to answer the research questions and ascertain the hypotheses of the research.

The researcher used the questionnaire that applied to (209 students) - Psychology - psychological guidance, and the research reached the following results : -All axes, including the total tool, were high except for social / cultural requirements, which are of medium size -There were statistically significant differences between the average responses of the sample members on the research tool according to the variable of residence in the axis of social and cultural requirements for students residing in the city.

There were no significant differences in the other axes -There were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the sample to the search tool according to the sex variable because the value of the significance level is greater than 0.05.

-There were no statistically significant differences in achieving the requirements of cultural security for youth according to the variable of university specialization.

Because all values of significance level were greater than 0.05
