The two researchers used the descriptive approach in the two methods of causal comparison and correlational relations for its suitability with the nature of the research, and the research community included coaches of team games for football, basketball, handball and volleyball clubs (Sulaymaniyah, Peshmerga and Sirwan, Erbil, Brayati) by (14 football coach ), (12 basketball coaches), (18 handball coaches and 17) (volleyball coaches) the two researchers used the scale (sports leadership and psychological security), which was previously used in the Iraqi environment.

Then the two researchers conducted an exploratory experiment for the two scales and found The scientific foundations for them, and then conducting the main experiment, the two researchers used statistical methods (mean, arithmetic, standard deviation, t-test, analysis of variance, least significant difference, LDS, and simple correlation coefficient).
