Abstract EN

The fencing , like the rest of the other sports require practitioners to possess the capacity of many special physical and functional indicators .

Here we find sports training varied methods and tactics to improve the physical abilities and functional and performance skills .

and so through the preparation of training courses to suit the capabilities of the players .

with this mind I went researcher to all that is new in the science of sport training to improve and develop physical abilities and indicators career .

including the power characteristic speed of the parties Upper and Lower important being the ability for the sport of fencing .

So lies importance of research in attention muscular capacity of the upper and lower sedge as well as some of the functional indicators that help the player to continue performance skills efficiently the length of the competition without feeling tired .

The objective of this research to prepare platform hierarchical style training with light weights to suit the requirements of fencing .

Use experimental approach to club players girl Baghdad in fencing .

and of their number ( 12 ) players girl Baghdad in fencing .

and of their number (12) player deliberate way .

the research sample was divided randomly into two groups .

conducted researcher homogeneity and parity , in the tribal tests .

Been prepared training curriculum style training hierarchy and weights light show in the upper and lower range ( 100g - 200g - 300g - 400g - 500g ) of the experimental group applied exercises hierarchical weights light and the control group depends on the training agreed ( traditional - used training interval high and low severity ) .

The training curriculum consists of (9) week divided by (3) intermediate courses .

At the rate of (3) training units per week .

Implementation of the training unit took a time of 90 minutes .

including warm - up and rest .

and it was hierarchical training time 20 minutes .

After the end of the experimental curriculum and dimensional testing results were processed statistically , the researcher concluded :-Hierarchical training light weights has a positive impact on the development of some physical abilities and functional indicators to the players duel .

Therefore .

The researcher recommends the adoption of training and light weights hierarchy in the development of some physical abilities and functional indicators .

In addition to conducting training methods for the development of other physical variables and functional indicators to the players duel .
