Abstract EN

The present study aimes to explore the level of both the tendency towards voluntary works and citizenship among university students in Algeria and Iraq, as well as differences in the level of the trend towards voluntary works and citizenship depending on the country's variable, and finally the relationship between the trend towards voluntary works and citizenship among students of Algeria and Iraq.

A Accidental Sample was chosen of 170 students at the level of universities of Iraq and Algeria .We used descriptive approach, depending on two measuring scales : the trend voluntary works Prepared by "Wijdan Al Hussein" (2017) and the scale of citizenship values prepared by Omran Ali Alyan (2014).

The study found that there is a high level in the trend toward voluntary works a,d the citizenship with the students of Algeria and Iraq.

It was also found that there are differences in the trend toward voluntary works for according to Algerian students, and for the values of citizenship, there are no differences between the two sample, and finaly a correlation was found between the trend towards voluntary work and citizenship.
