Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the level of humanitarian labor relations among the employees of the Municipality of Doura* Statistical differences in labor relations are defined according to the variables (duration of service and gender)* The level of Vocational Adjustment is defined by the employees of the Municipality Department * The statistical significance differences in Vocational Adjustment are defined according to the variables (duration of service and gender)* and is there a relationship between humanitarian labor relations and Vocational Adjustment?* The study was conducted on a sample of (60) male and female employees (30) males and (30) females* The measures of labor relations and Vocational Adjustment were applied by the researcher* The study found that there is a good level of labor relations and Vocational Adjustment among the employees of the Municipality of Doura* and there are differences of statistical significance in the labor relations and Vocational Adjustment to the variable duration of service and the existence of a statistically significant relation between the humanitarian labor relations and Vocational Adjustment.

According to results of the study* the researcher recommended a number of recommendations and suggestions.
