Abstract EN

The objective of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of the double-parameter model and the three-parameter Brenbom in the development of the tenth image of the test of the general abilities of the students of Qadisiyah University and the comparison between them using the RMSD for precision.

The researcher prepared the tenth image of the test of abilities of Carter (2008) The researcher used the following statistical programs in order to deal with the data and analyze it.

(Excel), (SPSS17), (Win steps), (Bilog-MG3), (Xcalibre, 4.1.6.0).

Based on the results of the statistical analysis, the researcher found the effectiveness of the Birnbaum model in the preparation of the tenth image of the test of the general abilities of Carter, as well as the suitability of the test with the mental level of the students of the University of Qadisiyah, in addition to the enjoyment of the test with good indicators and in light of theoretical framework and the results of previous studies, Presented some recommendations and proposals for future studies in the field of scientific research.
