Abstract EN

The present study deals with the effectiveness of the guidance method (reducing the gradual sensitivity) in reducing the anxiety of the exam among primary school students.

The research sample consisted of (30) students and students of the fifth grade of primary school and were distributed randomly in two groups (control group and experimental group) with (15) students and students In each group, the equivalence was done for the two groups.

The researcher used the following statistical means: 1.

T-Test for two independent samples: To test the difference between the mean scores of the upper group and the denim group in extracting the discriminating power of the scale paragraphs.

2.

Pearson correlation test: To calculate the coefficient of stability of the anxiety scale of the exam and to find the relationship between the degree of each paragraph of the total score of the scale.

3.

Kay box: To verify the equivalence of the three groups of variables in the degrees of post-tests, the academic achievement of the father and the academic achievement of the mother.

4.

Crosscal and Ellis test: To verify the equivalence of the three groups in the pre-test scores on the anxiety scale of the exam and the change in the chronological life of the months.

5.

Vaccronbach test: to calculate the coefficient of stability of the anxiety scale of the exam.

6.

Man-Watten test for intermediate samples: to determine the significance of differences between the grades of the experimental and control groups in the post-test.

7.

Blake's equation: to determine the effectiveness of the extension program.

After applying the program to the second experimental group (reducing the gradual sensitivity) applied the scale to the two groups (experimental and control) in the (post-test) has shown the following result: The method of reducing gradual sensitivity effectively reduces anxiety among primary school students.

In the light of the research results, the researchers put forward a number of recommendations and suggestions
