Search is designed to evaluate the performance of implementers students of the Department of History in the light of the teaching skills.

The researchers descriptive approach was adopted, and limited research on the implementers students of the Department of History of the Faculty of Basic Education, Al-Mustansiriya University, for the academic year 2013 2014, either sample Current search has included (50) is applied and implemented, the rate of (25) is applied and (25) in place and make up the amount (42%) of the research community, were chosen purposely .To achieve the aim of the research used the researchers note card included (56) skill teaching distributed (7) areas, prepared through a number of measures, and after making sure of the sincerity of the tool are viewing on a group of experts and persistence by agreement between researchers then applied to the sample.The researchers used a number of statistical methods for the analysis of search such as Pearson correlation coefficient to extract note card stability, and the coefficient of the weighted average results, and weight percentile.

After completion of the search results are displayed and interpreted, the researchers concluded: that the overall level implementers of the performance of the Department of History at the College of Basic Education was without the middle.

And, in the light of the results and conclusions of the researchers recommended a number of recommendations and proposals
