English Abstract

The present study aimed to identify the means of stimulus in the development of voluntary work among young people, as it is voluntary work a positive social phenomenon represents civilized behavior elevate its communities and nations, a humane School been closely associated .with all the meanings of goodness and good deeds Yet the complexity of social relations at the present time the sponsoring institutions for charity has become indispensable in any society because of their contribution in building and cohesion of communities and pay for wheel development.

Voluntary work and has become one of the main underpinnings of those charities, has also become a practical embodiment of the principle of social solidarity, which urged him to get to know the : religion of Islam to the present study aimed at recognize the concept of volunteerism-1 .recognition techniques to volunteer work-2 .recognize voluntary work techniques .3 .recognize the importance of volunteerism for youth social work .

4 What is the difference in creating individuals to engage in volunteer .° .work or lack of configuration and, I took a poll of students phases In light of the above it has been reached to a number of recommendations and suggestions.
