English Abstract

Volunteer work has become an essential pillar in the community building and dissemination of social cohesion among citizens of any society, and volunteer work practice humane been closely associated with all the meanings of goodness and good deeds when all human groups and stem the desire to study the motives of volunteering in the voluntary field of youth in order to develop their communities and to provide assistance to others without in exchange, known as voluntary work, which is the basis for building societies, development, and development, where governments are no longer able to do a solo turn, development and bridging the needs of its members and their communities, without the cooperation of other parties in parallel contribute to the community self¬development development through increased experience, knowledge and skills and the development of Specialization.

There are obstacles to youth participation in voluntary work, including prevailing social and weak financial resources of the volunteer organizations economic conditions, as well as some cultural patterns prevailing in the community would like mitigating as well as the lack of definition of volunteer programs and activities carried out by institutions.

Growing international interest in volunteering, and increasing numbers of volunteers worldwide, a sign of the significant benefits realized by volunteering for the individual and society On the social level verification services offered by volunteering an important role in the sequel are unable to state for the submission of service and development projects which, as characterized by the voluntary sector activities smoothly in movement, which helps to provide services faster and easier than government agencies, and provide Awama success for the participants volunteer work is one of the indicators of success
