English Abstract

Is the volunteer work of the most important means used to participate in the advancement of the status of the communities that focus on young people, because they are fundamental and important segment of society as a promising and important generation in the evolution and progress of nations and advancement, and gain voluntary work increasingly important day by day; there is a base for granted that governments , whether in developed or developing countries, can no longer meet the needs of its members and their communities, with the complexity of living conditions and increased social needs and became a constantly changing, so it had to be the presence of the other parallel government agencies to fill in the public domain and complement the role played by actors government to meet social needs, in many cases social institutions in support of volunteer work have considered an unprecedented role in addressing some of the social, economic and cultural issues, and not complementary, and became puts the plans and programs of development model for governments, we have seen voluntary social work several changes and developments in the concept, methods and supporting infrastructure, and that due to the changes that occur in the social needs which determine the way of educational tracks, which contribute to instill the spirit of volunteerism in community service and what it is all about the developments that have occurred in the goals and objectives of volunteer work.

After that it was the primary goal is to provide care and service to the community and groups, it has become a target now encourage social institutions to instill the spirit of volunteerism in order to change and community development, and of course the success of achieving the goal of the sincerity and seriousness of social work and the desire of the community to bring about change and development, and noted that volunteer work is considered one of the main pillars for achieving social and developmental progress, a benchmark for measuring social progress for individuals level.
