English Abstract

The role of women in voluntary work played a major role, which should make a bit of effort and time willingly to the benefit of others, and to provide service to them, and the most important work that women can at the present time do participate in voluntary charities, and the most important activities undertaken by these associations are the activities social diverse the many and great, most notably the fact the conditions of families and individuals in need, and providing assistance to them, and to participate in markets charitable and dishes that utilized the proceeds in Supply charitable projects ..

but if the woman of women with specialized scientific qualifications, it can participate in the establishment of lectures and lessons awareness of women in All the fields.

The importance of volunteer work that the services provided can do three main tasks in its push society on the path of evolution, and is the first of these tasks in being a framework regulated through which human beings for the effective participation within the community, and is the second mission in the volunteer services are working on an upgrade the human condition, making them able to participate actively conscious, they evoke the incentive they have to participate or to rehabilitate themselves and even work on the rehabilitation of others, and is the third mission in the volunteer services are according to many areas, including educational, social, cultural and security aspects, and in the framework of that successes achieved no less importance for services provided by government agencies.

And it should not be viewed as voluntary work as a mere contribution to assume a share of the burdens and costs of economic and social development projects planned by the only state, but must be seen as a set of national experiences that make progress and is supported by, and here takes volunteering in social security work a new dimension to whatever becomes very means it is highly because it is a national tax that must be paid by every citizen of his community, which is a means to that in the multiple manifestations constitutes what looks like a large school of life to accommodate all citizens to be educated and the fact that the positions of life, their experiences are curriculum learning and article.

Thus, the value and importance of volunteering in social work at various forms should not be measured in the short term, but must be measured in the educational, cultural, social and security return on the long term.
