English Abstract

Aimed at the current search for a statement bitten obstacles facing volunteer work with the propose some solutions to overcome these obstacles and research department into three chapters devoted the first chapter to revascularization and its importance and its dimensions and the role of volunteerism in the Muslim actually the statement of work, came the second quarter to show the role of the state and the private sector in support of voluntary work , the third chapter devoted to propose some solutions for the development of voluntary work, in the end Find researcher recommends several recommendations including: (1) Seek to form a council or a supreme body for volunteering membership includes government and private stakeholders its representatives to develop strategies and coordination between the organizations.

(2) Holding regular meetings between the institutions and associations with similar activities for the exchange of successful experiences and lay the foundations for the development of voluntary work in.

(3) Produce a guide departments and organs, organizations and bodies and associations based in different areas of volunteer activities and circulated to the relevant authorities.
