The variables that make up the modern world in five variables President, namely: knowledge and information, economic, political, cultural, and includes every change, including scientific controversy and ideology, it affects all of them in the other, to eventually form a surrounding educational system environment, and imposes these variables effects are deep and numerous related contents the system of education and its components and elements, and the most prominent of these effects: research and development, and information technology, and economic competitiveness, democracy and citizenship, and normative and multiculturalism, the effects and challenges affecting education and society, and these changes require swift action in dealing with it, and .direct it Volunteer work is one of the factors important in building the society and the dissemination of social cohesion among citizens, and volunteer work inhuman practice been closely associated with all the meanings of goodness and good deeds when all people since God created the earth and everything in it from humans and objects, social and volunteer work took several primitive forms of imposed human nature that makes people have to rise up to help each other for community members in need of .integration and cooperation And numerous forms and types of volunteer work, according to the society and education and awareness and the extent of the problems and needs that require it, there is a voluntary action involuntary bestows an individual to work as a result of an emergency incident, and there is work to volunteer intentional and prepared him for the rescue of a group of .people in need or a specific layer And increasing voluntary work in times of crisis and disasters, wars and less in the case of prosperity and stability.
