Abstract EN

The scientific and moral aspect is represented an important aspect for students to build the personality, the most important issues now a days in our society is the reducing of educational level of the students and the moral problems.

The study aimed to detect the use of mobile and its impact on the scientific and moral levels of the college students of Education for Human Sciences, the problems of the research has identified by two hypotheses.

1-There is a correlation between the use of mobile and scientific level for students of the University of Kirkuk.

2.

There is no correlation between the use of mobile and moral level for students of the University of Kirkuk.

Researchers used both the impact of mobile scale at the scientific level and the level of moral, they prepared questionnaire which is related to the scientific level from 18 clauses and the moral level from 15 clauses, the researchers also made some necessary corrections on the questionnaires after they show them to the experts from specialists; the sample of research is 40 students for (Department of history, Department of Arabic Language , Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, Department of Geography)for the year of 2015-2016, the researchers adopted in the study the descriptive approach and used in the statistical treatments (duplicates, ratios percentage, and the arithmetic mean......) The research result pointed that there was connectivity relationship on the use of mobile on the scientific and moral levels for the students of the College of Education for Human Sciences.
