Targeting current study verified the psychometric characteristics (honesty, stability) to test and Watson - Glaser Critical Thinking Iraqi image (Watson & Glaser, 2008), which measures the ability to critical thinking skills, the researcher developed a test that makes it fit the Iraqi environment, which consisted of 80 paragraph measure Five critical thinking skills (Conclusion, discrimination assumptions, reasoning, interpretation, and evaluation of discussions) and it included 22 different words.

The test was a random sample application consisted of (120) of university students male and female at the University of Babylon, and was validated psychometric test characteristics, and amounted to 0.79 reliability coefficient with correlation coefficients value ranged between degree paragraph and the total score for the test between 0.34 and 0 0.60 including demonstrates the sincerity test structurally.

In the light of the results.

The researchers recommend using a tool that was designed in the present study in the ability to measure critical thinking skills among university students, and to determine the ability to take the right decisions in the process and personal life.
