The goal of this research to identify the role of the use of a tool (SWOT) in the analysis of the intellectual capital in educational organizations, as it is the intellectual capital engine core for all activities and tasks carried out by these organizations, as these organizations represent the cornerstone for the construction and development of any country in the world, so it is necessary to take advantage of modern tools in the intellectual analysis of her money, and the most prominent of these tools is a tool (SWOT) that focus on identifying the internal strengths and weaknesses as well as to identify opportunities and external threats facing the growth of the intellectual capital.

The questionnaire as a tool to get the research data have been adopted, and selected Western Middle School for Boys in the field of search, was chosen as the research sample in a way simple random sample of Altdresen workers in this school has reached its size (43) individuals were used statistical program Ready (SPSS) in the entry and analysis Find data, and results of the analysis confirmed the existence of a link and the impact of the relationship of significance between the use of a tool (SWOT) and analysis of the intellectual capital in educational organizations, therefore recommend the researchers on the need to increase the interest of these organizations to study the most important tools and technologies with high efficiency in the capital analysis intellectual form that help them to identify the most important strengths and weaknesses of the intellectual her money, as well as to identify opportunities and threats facing the development process.
