This study aims at knowing The extent to which instructor of the department of history use of stimulating motivation skills from the students points of view .the sample of the study consists (160) students from both evening and morning studies that rate (44 %) of the population .

To achieve the aim of the study aquestionnaine has been and built and exposed to ajury of experts to achieve its validty .

A pilot study has been conducted on (140) students to fullfil the reliability and clarity of the in strument.

the questionnaire has been conducted in its find from on the sample to gain the results of the statistical andlysis .

A pearson correlation coefficient ,Mean and percent age have been used to get the results .

In the lights of the results a number of recommendation and suggestions have been postulated
