The current research aims to evaluate the role of the Measurement and Evaluation Center at Zagazig university By identifying the center's success in performing the tasks assigned to it, In light of the opinions of those in charge of the center In the continuous improvement of institutional performance, The research uses the descriptive method to study the phenomenon and to know all its dimensions, A questionnaire was prepared to collect opinions on several axes that include the dimensions of institutional work (philosophy, mission and objectives, governance and administration, the institutional system, and institutional and service resources) at the Measurement and Evaluation Center at Zagazig University, In addition to the official documents, and the center's website.
