Abstract EN

The Corruption and governability are mutually exclusive and incompatible issues by their nature whichtheir analysis associated withthedivergent relationship between good governance and the extent of corruption.

A system of good governance corresponds with controlling and reduction of corruption and its consequences; and otherwise, the more the system lacks good governance, the more corruption is likely to spread in all sectors.

The establishment of good governance or political wisdom can only be achieved through the implementation of strict legal and legislative standards that prohibit all corruption and take all preventive and corrective measures to reduce the consequences of this phenomenon in the administrative and financial sectors.

In all cases, the criterion of ethics and the moral standard play a key role in determining and stabilizing the dynamic relationship between corruption and good governance, even if this criterion varies from one culture or one society to another.
